Bond Franchise Reportedly Finds New Domestic Distributor

MGM is reportedly teaming up with Annapurna for the domestic release of James Bond 25.

As reported by Deadline, the deal should be finalized this week. Annapurna’s Erik Lomis and Marc Weinstock will handle domestic distribution and marketing, respectively, with the oversight of MGM’s Gary Barber and producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson.

This isn’t the first time Lomis and Weinstock have been involved with the Bond franchise. Weinstock handled marketing for a couple of the Bond movies while he was at Sony Pictures, and Lomis was previously involved with distribution at MGM.
